What you'll do
- Open accounts with property owners, land developers and general contractors who file Notices of Commencement
- Introduce contractors and suppliers to our preliminary notice and lien services
- Bring larger accounts to our team for custom enterprise pricing
- Stay in touch with your accounts so they keep ordering
Who we're looking for
- Sales experience, ideally in construction, real estate, title or building supplies
- Contacts among builders, developers, contractors or property managers
- Self-starter who is comfortable working on commission
